IDSA Medical 2018 Recap

The MANTA industrial design team attended the IDSA Medical Design Conference 2018: EXPERIENCE on March 29 at Boston Marriott Copley Place.

Healthcare industry professionals presented on topics such as future technologies and trends that affect medical design, innovative materials for medical products, design research tips and techniques, medical robotics design and the use of AR/VR in the healthcare space. Both corporate and consulting designers, human factors engineers and medical design educators were in attendance for the presentations.

Betsy, VP of Design at MANTA, also participated in a panel Q+A and discussion about the current state and future of medical design.
